The Douglass Ranch Property Owners Association Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, November 25, at 6:00 PM. Board members will meet in person, and members may attend virtually via Teams meeting (invitation below). The draft agenda is:

IV. Officer & Committee Reports
Treasurer’s Report: Note: Financials will be covered during the 2026 Budget review under New Business.
Committee Reports (Architectural, Maintenance, etc.)
V. Old Business
Community Survey Results (RUV Policy): Review of findings regarding the amendment to the Recreational Utility Vehicle policy.
Turn Around Project: Status update on construction and progress.
VI. New Business
Property Address Signage: Discussion regarding new signage standards.
2026 Fiscal Budget:
Review of proposed budget.
Budget Redress: Discussion and potential vote to add funds specifically for property address signage.
VII. Member Open Forum
Comments from association members.
VIII. Adjournment
A final agenda will be presented at the start of the meeting.
