Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors - Vote on Turnarounds Project w/ Microsoft Teams Invitation

The Douglass Ranch Property Owners Association Board of Directors will meet on Friday, January 30, at 6:00 PM. Board members will meet in person, and members may attend virtually via Teams meeting (link to attend meeting is provided below).
Topics for this meeting will include reviewing the turnarounds project voting results, soliciting input from the members, and approving the contract (if the vote approves the project).
The ballots will be counted Friday afternoon at FirstBank in Conifer by a bank employee, witnessed by several board members and one or two community members. The results of the vote will be announced at the board meeting.
Ballot Counting Procedures
A total of 22 votes in favor or 22 votes against will constitute an automatic decision on the motion.
If neither position reaches 22 votes, the majority of ballots cast will determine the outcome.
In the event of a tie, the motion will not pass and will be tabled for future consideration. A tie functions as a “no” vote for this ballot cycle but allows the Board to revisit the matter at a later date.
A final agenda, if needed, will be presented at the start of the meeting.
