Annual Assessments and Upcoming Board Meeting

Annual assessments (DRPOA dues) were due February 1 and will be considered late as of Sunday, March 1. If you have not yet paid your assessment, please try to get your payment in this week, either by mailing a check to DRPOA, P.O. Box 603, Pine, CO 80470, or by dropping it into the designated box attached to Jane Spooner's mailbox post, 13757 Gordon Ct.

Our next board of directors meeting is planned for Wednesday, March 11, at 6:00 PM. All members are invited to virtually attend through an online meeting platform. We will send an invitation prior to the meeting.

Purpose of the Meeting

The board will provide an update on finances, considerations for hiring an outside firm to conduct a reserve study, and roads and grounds projects planned for this year.
