Turnarounds Project Vote and Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors

Friday, January 30, 2026, at 6:00 PM







This post is to inform you of two news items.


First, a ballot has been sent to each DRPOA member by US Mail to vote on the proposed turnarounds project. Additional project background information is available on the Roads & Grounds page on our website, including explanation of why the board has proposed the project, the project scope, design drawings, contractor bids, and financial impacts. Votes will be counted on January 30 at 1stBank in Conifer. Please return your ballots in time to be counted.


Second, the Douglass Ranch Property Owners Association Board of Directors will meet on Friday, January 30, at 6:00 PM. Board members will meet in person, and members may attend virtually via Teams meeting (invitation to follow).


Topics for this meeting will include reviewing the voting results, soliciting input from the members, and approving the contract (if the vote approves the project).


A final agenda will be presented at the start of the meeting.
