CHAIR

About.

Douglass Ranch Design Review Committee is an active, ongoing committee whose members are, Rick Koth, Randy Jensen, Mark Ferguson, and Veris Simms.  The Design Review Committee (DRC) is established by the DRPOA Board of Directors per the Declaration of Covenant, Conditions, and Restrictions for Douglass Ranch Property Owners' Association (CCRs).

The DRC is expected to review, approve, and report to the Board of Directors any exterior design, landscaping changes, or modifications within Douglass Ranch in relation to usage of lots, home construction and maintenance of property value.  Most major construction is completed, so review effort is directed to lot and house improvements or changes, such as landscaping, home repairs, paint and shingle colors, solar panels, exterior lighting, dog fencing, storage sheds, etc.  Any exterior changes or construction should be reported to Design Review Committee for approval.  Please submit your ideas or plans to myself, Rick Koth, at rkoth05@gmail.com, and I will coordinate with the other members.

Last year we had 10 items which were reviewed and approved.

 Thanks for your support.

 Rick Koth
