DRPOA Town Hall Meeting


The Douglass Ranch Property Owners Association Board of Directors invites you to attend a town hall meeting to discuss the upcoming turnarounds project for our private roads. The meeting will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Conifer Community Church, 9998 Havekost Rd, Conifer, CO 80433, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.


The funds for the project, estimated to cost $80,000, were approved as part of the 2026 Annual Budget at the December 10, 2025 Annual Meeting. The project is proposed primarily to improve access for fire trucks and other commercial vehicles. Several homeowners who attended the annual meeting expressed a desire for a more in-depth discussion on the project.


Purpose of the Meeting

This town hall will provide homeowners with an overview of the turnarounds project, including:

  • Reasons to undertake the project

  • Project scope and objectives

  • Preliminary design considerations

  • Anticipated timeline and next steps

  • Opportunities for homeowner questions and feedback


The Board encourages all residents to attend, learn more about this important infrastructure initiative, and participate in the discussion.


We look forward to seeing you there and continuing our collaborative work to maintain safe, functional, and well‑managed private roads throughout Douglass Ranch.


The board also wants to announce that the 2026 Annual Assessment of $1,000, also approved at the December 10 annual meeting, will be due February 1, 2026.
