Dear Association Members,

The Douglass Ranch Property Owners Association Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, May 27, at 6:00 PM. The Board of Directors invites all members to attend our upcoming board meeting via Zoom (meeting link below). Topics that we will discuss include:

Revised 2026 Budget: The 2026 budget presented at out April meeting will be approved by the Board.
Reserve Study: We'll provide an update on the reserve study firm selection process and vote to approve the contract with the selected firm.
Baldwin Ct: We will provide an update on ditch maintenance work on Baldwin Ct. We have arranged for a short-term remedy (clean the ditch to restore proper drainage) and we're making progress toward a permanent remedy. Vote will be held to approve the work to clean the ditch.
May Long Ct: Discussion of pavement repair needs and plan to implement repairs.
Update on coordination with CDOT to implement erosion stabilization from Hwy 285 drainage, which impacts Baldwin Ct drainage and road traffic.
DRPOA Website: Our subscription to our current website provider (Wix) is ending at the end of the month. We will provide a preview of our new website and address questions you may have at this time.
Community Input: Time will be provided for other questions the membership may have.

Board members will meet in person, and DRPOA members may attend virtually via Zoom meeting (invitation below). A meeting agenda will be presented at the start of the meeting.
