May 27 Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors

DRPOA Members:


The Douglass Ranch Property Owners Association Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, May 27 at 6:00 PM. The Board of Directors invites all homeowners to attend our upcoming board meeting via Zoom. We’ll be sharing several updates that directly affect the community’s operations, finances, and long‑term planning. Topics that we will discuss include:


  1. Revised 2026 Budget: The 2026 budget presented at our April meeting will be approved by the Board.

  2. Reserve Study: We'll provide an update on the reserve study process.

  3. Baldwin Ct: We will provide an update on ditch maintenance work on Baldwin Ct. We have arranged for a short-term remedy (clean the ditch to restore proper drainage) and we're making progress toward a permanent remedy.

  4. DRPOA Website: Our subscription to our current website provider (Wix) is ending at the end of the month. We will provide a preview of our new website and address questions you may have at this time.

  5. Community Input: Time will be provided for other questions the membership may have.


Board members will meet in person, and DRPOA members may attend virtually via Zoom meeting (invitation to be provided before the meeting). A meeting agenda will be presented at the start of the meeting. We look forward to connection with you on the 27th.
