Routine Maintenance & Road Resurfacing

Dear Association Members,
As some of you may have noticed, Jefferson County maintenance crews have been out and about today. They are performing routine maintenance on our culverts and ditches, and preparations for the anticipated road resurfacing of Douglass Ranch Drive will also begin today.
Here's the Outlook:
Heavy equipment is expected to arrive this Friday, July 07, or Monday, July 10, 2023.
Impact to Association Members going in or out of the Douglass Ranch is expected to be moderate. Road conditions will be reduced to one lane during the milling and paving operations, so be ready to slow down or stop as crews make their way around the subdivision.
Jefferson County expects to have the entire repaving operation completed by Friday, July 14, 2023, weather permitting.
