Storm Water Pond Construction Phase, Next Board of Directors Meeting, and Women of DR Social Gathering.

Storm Water Pond Project: Construction Day 1
Monday, September 19, was day 1 of the construction phase for the pond project. Crews from Plote Construction, Inc. have begun excavation for the spillway and dam raise. Nathan Campeau, engineer from Barr Engineering was on site overseeing the start of construction.
Crews will be working daily from dawn to dusk. Traffic delays are not expected but please be careful of haul trucks. More rip-rap will be brought in this week.

Next Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors
The next regular meeting of the board of directors will be Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 6pm.
The agenda is pending. The ZOOM invite will be included here to start. Once we have a complete agenda, a separate formal announcement will be posted under "Next Board Meeting."
All are welcome! We want to empower and encourage residents to have a voice and work toward, and achieve common neighborhood goals.
