Norm Dunn to discuss DOW letter and strategy for pursuing the rezoning of lots 20-29 to allow dogs on those properties.
Norm Dunn did not attend. Norm believes that a letter to the Department of Wildlife is the Board’s responsibility. Board to draft a letter and discuss with DOW. -
Treasurers Report
Ebert Foreclosing - Continuing Business

Pond maintenance - Tom Washburn contacted several companies regarding pond maintenance. Denver West office park caretakers will be contacted.

Garbage pick-up survey - to be sent via email.

Roadside tree removal update - too early in the seaon. To be discussed at the next board meeting.

Charlie Williams property lines concerns update - Mountain roads are typically altered. At purchase time a buyer most likely signs an acceptance of existing lot lines. Charlie Williams was satisfied with this explanation.

Road Plan Revision - An updated road plan is on hold. John Alme to ask Ken Holland for a rough estimate.
Entrance Sign - A layer of the sign's plywood is buckling. DR entrance sign needs to be painted. Waiting until warmer weather. -
Well testing - A well testing plan needs to be carefully considered. Lore Genender will talk to Charlie Williams about the water issue.

Ron Lewis re-zoning - Jeffco hearing on March 22 regarding Shaffers’ Crossing West.
