Topics addressed include:

Treasurer's Report

  • Two properties are still outstanding on 2011 dues.

  • POA Taxes to be completed by an outside accountant.

  • Transfer of funds to Road Funds CD account.

  • 2012 Budget presented and discussed.

Covenant Parking Questionnaire

  • A working group to be formed to draft a new Parking Rule to replace the "all vehicles must be garaged" current rule in the Supplementary Declaration of Covenants (10-5-1995).

Dog Lots

  • Letter to DOW (Department of Wildlife) was sent on 12 December 2011. A call to DOW was made to ask about a response. We continue to wait for a response.

Draft Master Calendar discussed.

  • Band has fallen down

Continuing Items for Consideration

  • Will try to determine whether first Thursday in May is a good date for the Firefighter's dinner.

  • Noxious weeds discussion planned for next meeting.

New Items for Consideration

  • Ordered 3 CAI books on covenant enforcement and delinquencies.
