Topics addressed include:

Treasurer's Report

  • A number of reports were presented and discussed.

  • Annual Dues Status: Some homeowners still owe interest.

  • New Colorado legislation requires a collection policy for DRPOA.  DR attorney to be consulted with respect to drafting a policy.

Roads and Grounds

  • A second estimate to seal cracks in private roads was received.  

  • The Road Plan update remains to be completed.

  • Member concern – Beetle kill trees found in neighborhood.

  • Pond Status - a frozen discharge valve was discussed and found to not be a concern.

Preparation for Annual meeting discussed.​

Continuing/New Items

  • Snowplow Contract for 2014 was distributed 

  • Community cistern to be discussed with John Alme.

  • Master Calendar – review

    • A 2013 water report to be filed.

    • The insurance bill to be reviewed.
