Treasurer's Report
 

  • Reviewed a Treasurer's Report via email prior to meeting.  Discussed reserve funding in the checking account.


Continuing Business
 

  • Design Review Board, Roads & Grounds -

        Discussion of county ordinances and DRPOA covenants with respect to living in a trailer.
 

  • Request for Ban/Restrictions on Outdoor Fires

       An outdoor fire restriction will be part of teh to-be-organized Firewise program.
 

  • Rezoning - Emmaus Retreat & Conference Center

       The Jeffco Board of County Commissioners approved the Emmaus rezoning request.
 

  • Elk Creek Fire Department (ECFD) Assessment

       A meeting with ECFD discussed our recent ECFD Firewise assessment.
       Establishment of a Firewise board was approved.

New Business Items
 

  • Secretary Resignation

       A Board position has opened up.  Several possible candidates will be contacted.

Review Master Calendar

 

  • Jeffco Annual HOA Registration is in work

 

  • Annual Dues notice to be mailed on or before January 20th.


Other Business
 

  • Documentation of Actions Outside of Formal Meeting

       Notes inserted regarding recent email vote to approve attorney retention with respect to the Board's opposition to the Emmaus Retreat and Conference Center.

   Next Meeting Date

  •    Scheduled for February 20 at Mr Jensen's house.
