Attendees:

Topics addressed include:

 

Treasurers Report

  • Proposed 2009 Budget numbers – to be approved in January.

  • Road funds transferred to CD in October.

  • HOA dues will be billed by end of January.

 

Other Business:

  • Board Officer positions for 2009: Washburn-President; Alme-Vice President; Festag-Secretary; Sickler–Treasurer.

  • Meadowridge Lane Stop sign & Plowing: Stop sign to be temporarily replaced.  Snowy road conditions are best handled via snowplowing  (without sanding or salting).

  • Shaffers Ranch Development: No Development Plan re-submitted to Jeffco for the north area of Shaffers Ranch (bordering DR).  Elk Creek land condemnation by Ron Lewis is currently in the courts.

  • Board is considering a member recommendation to change/update the front entrance colors to a more modern color scheme. 

  • December News Letter to be distributed via email.

  • Distribution of DR CC&R change and Governance Policies via email was deemed to be sufficent.
