Old Business
 
  • Robin Barth resigned as secretary.  Brent Ballard to assume position.

  • Pond Repairs - Tom Washburn to find a company to provide a professional analysis of the needs of the pond.

  • Annual water report has been with Mr. Blatchley of Mountain Mutual Reservoir Company.

  • Road Repairs - repairs were made to the private roads.

  • Road Plan is out of date.  Tom Washbrun to take a first cut at updating the road plan.

  • Annual meeting road question - a potential blind spot while turning onto May Long Drive from Douglass Ranch Road. John Alme to  contact property owners later in the spring to determine if trees can be trimmed or thinned.

 
New Business Items
 
  • Garbage hauling contract - Lore Genender will survey property owners to determine which garbage companies currently serve Douglass Ranch and then assess the quantity of garbage trucks in the neighborhood.

  • Dogs on Lots 20 - 29 - Norm Dunn has gathered information on this issue.  John Alme will distribute this informaton at the January board meeting.

  • Williams/Davis road issues - to be discussed in more detail at a later board meeting.

  • Roadside tree removal - John Alme will continue to work on this issue.
