Attendees:

 

Rick Koth, President
Susan Festag, Vice President
Terry Sickler, Treasurer
Tom Washburn, Secretary
Tom Sosnowski, Roads and Grounds

 

Topics addressed include:

 

  • Selection of DRHOA Office Positions

  • Covenant Amendment and Design Standards: the electronic dog fence amendment to be published in two local papers and sent to mortgage holders.

  • DRHOA 2008 Budget, draft, was approved.

  • DRHOA Governance Policies per 2005 Senate Bill 100 are required for HOAs.  Obtaining lawyer services is under review.

  • Fire Truck Access to the Standpipe in the Mitigation Pond is in work.

  • Pond aeration, per Lenhart 9-11-06 request, is to be denied.

  • Reassessment of road plan to update cost estimates will be undertaken.

  • Repainting of street signs wil be evaluated.

 

New Business

 

  • Thistle needs to be addressed next year.  Tree and shrub growth is also a concern on Gordon Court.

  • Road side grass needs to be mowed next year.

  • The new Hite mailbox does not meet design requirements.

  • DR Water rights protection to be studied.

  • Newsletter will be sent via email, as a trial method of delivery.
