Selection of DRHOA Office Positions

Covenant Amendment and Design Standards: the electronic dog fence amendment to be published in two local papers and sent to mortgage holders.

DRHOA 2008 Budget, draft, was approved.

DRHOA Governance Policies per 2005 Senate Bill 100 are required for HOAs. Obtaining lawyer services is under review.

Fire Truck Access to the Standpipe in the Mitigation Pond is in work.

Pond aeration, per Lenhart 9-11-06 request, is to be denied.

Reassessment of road plan to update cost estimates will be undertaken.

Repainting of street signs wil be evaluated.
New Business

Thistle needs to be addressed next year. Tree and shrub growth is also a concern on Gordon Court.

Road side grass needs to be mowed next year.

The new Hite mailbox does not meet design requirements.

DR Water rights protection to be studied.

Newsletter will be sent via email, as a trial method of delivery.
