Selection of Officer’s Positions


New Business Items

 

  • Previous Board minutes to be collected.

  • Previous Board financial reports and budget to be requested.

  • Treasurer’s Files and other Master Files to be requested.

  • DRPOA seal to be requested.

  • Design Review Board to be re-appointed.

  • Covenant Parking Provision was reviewed.

  • Road Plan is out of date and Randy Jensen agreed to look into updating it.

  • Deterioration of the culvert pipe which passes under Douglass Ranch Road was discussed.  County responsibility for the repair to be investigated.

  • Changes to Responsible Governance Policies to be requested from previous Board.

  • Website Updates: cost of updating and creating a more user friendly website to be reviewed.

  • A “Mission Statement” for the Board to be studied.

  • Snowplow Contract reviewed.

  • Notification of the new officers will be emailed to all property owners as soon as possible in order to keep everyone informed.

  • Newsletters will be quarterly and distributed via email.

  • Directory update to be worked.

  • A review of mandatory reports and registrations will be made to ensure the HOA is compliant and up to date.

 

 

Next Meeting: Annual Meeting on November 17.
