Nomination and Election of Board Members: Rick Koth and Tom Sosnowski were re-elected to the Board.
Annual Picnic was cancelled this year for lack of interest.
Slash Removal and Chipper Rental proposal was accepted. Rick Koth will investigate details and report to the members by Newsletter.
CC&R Amendment: An amendment to the CC&R regarding Electronic/Invisible Fences for Dog Containment was approved with one change.
Board action item: Many stop signs on the private roads are in a bad state and should be replaced.
Elk Creek Sand and Gravel: After review of the site plan it is unlikely that anything further can be done to prevent development.
Shaffers Ranch Sale: The Board will continue to monitor developments and will report to the community in the HOA newletter.
