Treasurers Report
  • One property owner is currently past due on annual fees.
 
Continuing Business
 
  • Change of Front Entrance Colors - due to overwhelmingly negative responses from the June NewsLetter article no further action on this matter is planned at this time.
  • Shaffers Ranch Progress - Recent Jefferson County District Court ruling denying the condemnation request in the case between Ron Lewis and GlenElk has been appealed to the court of appeals.
  • Old Home Owner Plans - to be available at annual meeting.
 
New Business Items
 
  • Plans for Annual Meeting - Meeting location to be determined.  Two vacancies need to be filled.
  • Roads and Grounds committee/chair - Snowplow contract for 2009-2010 to be worked.
  • Cutting of Trees on Meadowridge - discussion as to whether or not the easements on both sides of the private roads permit the association to make the cuts recommended by the fire department in the 2008 firewise assessments.
  • Mowing of Common Grounds and DR roads - John Alme to determine cost of mowing.
  • Duplicate Directors and Officers insurance coverage - duplicate insurance coverage reported. 
 

Calendar - September NewsLetter to contain notice of upcoming annual meeting.

 

Next Meeting will be the annual meeting in mid October
