Topics addressed include:

 

  • Treasurer reports: annual transfer to road fund approved.

 

Open Items

 

  • DRHOA 8 Governance policies: approved Douglass Ranch lawyer's draft comments on the Conduct of Meeting policy.  Governance policies to be distributed as PDF files.

  • Shaffers Ranch Development: Ron Lewis wants to condemn 20 acres of Glen Elk property to build a more

  • accessable road to the land-locked 620 acre parcel.  Jeffco reports that Shaffer's Ranch grading plan has been approved.

  • Hite mailbox: Warning letter sent July 15th via certified mail.  No response. 

  • Verification of Road Plan costs: Concern expressed whether the amount set aside for future road maintenace will be sufficient.

 

New Business Items

 

  • Firewise reviews by ECFD occurred on August 9.  Another planned for September 21.

  • Snowplow contract renewal is in work.

  • Next Newsletter is 11 September.

  • Annual meeting planning.
