Topics addressed include:

Treasurer’s Report

  • A new CD was opened at Public Service Credit Union with a higher interest rate.

  • Reviewed Profit & Loss Statement and a Financial Status Overview.

  • Annual dues still have not been received from one property owner.

Continuing Business

  • The owners of Lot 2 have discussed their planned changes with Mr Koth, Design Review.

  • The Froman remodel was approved in September.  Some changes were submitted to Design Review in April.  Progress has been slower than desired.

  • The Wallace residence on lot 221 is changing plans.  New plans will be submitted to Design Review.

  • Lot 36 owners have been living in a RV for an excessively long period of time.  A motion to file a complaint with Jeffco was approved.
     

New Business

 

  • A Firewise BBQ and Eduction Event was held on June 17th.  It was well attended with a lively Firewise-related discussion.  Mitigation along Douglass Ranch Drive is planned.

  • The annual Firefighters Dinner on May 4 was a success.  Ms Sosnowski and Ms Jorgensen are to be commended for their organizational efforts.

  • Ms Festag will look into an update of the Douglass Ranch directory.
     

Review of the Master Calendar

  • The April newsletter was mailed to residents.

  • Content for the upcoming July Newsletter was discussed.
