Topics addressed include:

Treasurer’s Report

  • Reviewed a June 2016 Financial Status Report.

  • Reviewed an Annual Dues Report. 
          All dues have been paid prior to the March 31 deadline. 


Continuing Business

  • Design Review Board Proposal

    • The Board to consider recent survey results and discuss further options at a future meeting.

  • Roads & Grounds

    • Spreadsheet of a 15 year cycle was presented.

  • Website Update

    • Old website removed and Association Voice contract to be cancelled.

  • Firefighters & EMT Dinner 

    • Reported to have been a success.

New Business Items

  • New Member Directory to be distributed soon.

  • Firewise Community - A Wildfire Specialist with Elk Creek Fire Department will be visiting each lot and assess
    each lot.  This process is being mandated by the State, but will also be part of our Firewise application. 

    • A community meeting will be arranged to explain this process. A time and date will be announced.

  • Design Review Board - At the present time the Design Review Standards will remain as is since the survey indicated that we didn’t have the needed number of responses to change. The Design Review Board to be re-established with Richard Koth, Todd Williams and Randy Jensen as members. 

  • New Neighbors and Covenant Issues - there have been some comments about new neighbors moving in and not adhering to the covenants. A current covenants reminder to be posted in the newsletter.
