Topics addressed include:

Treasurer's Report

  • A number of reports were presented and discussed.

  • One homeowner is late with dues.  Two homeowners owe late fees and interest.  Debt collection proceedings were approved with a trigger date.

Proposal to Remove Dog Restriction on Lots 20 – 29

  • Amendment is signed and filed with Jefferson County.

Roads and Grounds

  • One estimate to seal cracks in private roads was received.  A second estimate is to be obtained.

  • One estimate to repair loose stones in the front entrance sign was verbally received.  A second bidder has not responded to our request.

Road Plan Update

  • Road Plan Update has not received attention since the last meeting.

Board Vacancy

  • Colleen Jorgensen agreed to consider becoming a board member.

Cable service in DR

  • Comcast stated that they do not service the DR neighborhood.

Continuing/New Items

  • Firefighters Dinner was reported to be the "best ever" dinner.

  • The annual Periodic Report was filed by the DR attorney with the Colorado Secretary of State.

  • Washburn replacement Deck Plans were approved.

  • Pond Aerator Invoice from Lenharts received in accordance with Board decision to reimburse up to $1000.

  • DR Cistern status to be discussed with John Alme.
