  • Change of Front Entrance Colors will be an article in the upcoming NewsLetter.
  • Shaffers Ranch Progress: no new information to report
  • A review of current liability insurance policy and Officers and Directors insurance policy to be started.
  • Inventory of Floor Plans: Plans to be made available at the annual meeting.

  • Fire Mitigation Day/Jeffco Slash Collection: No POA fire mitigation is planned.  Jeffco slash collection dates to be in NewsLetter.

  • Snowplow Policy discussion: Future contracts should run for a complete year.

  • Updated Directory: In work.
