Topics addressed include:

Treasurer’s Report

  • Reviewed Profit & Loss Statement and a Financial Status Overview.

  • A search for better CD rates via an on-line bank to be initiated.

  • Annual dues have been received from all but one property owner.

Continuing Business

  • No new emails received from Mr. Koth, Design Review Board

  • A Status Request email via certified mail to be sent to Lot 36 owners.  Investigation to be made regarding filing a Jeffco complaint regarding potential improper use of an RV while building.

New Business

  • Two Firewise Community meetings have been held.  First meeting was well attended with lively discussion.  Plan to move ahead with mitigation along Douglass Ranch Drive as part of the Firewise process.

  • The annual Firefighters Dinner will be May 4, 2017.  Coordination of neighborhood effort is underway.

 

Review of the Master Calendar

  • Annual HOA registration with Jefferson County to be completed within the next two weeks.

  • April newsletter is being written.

 

Next Meeting: June 21, 2017.
