Topics addressed include:

Treasurer’s Report

  • Reviewed and discussed Financial Status Reports, 2015 Tax Returns, and Annual Dues Report.

Continuing Business

  • Design Review Board Proposal

  • The Board to consider recent survey results and discuss further options at a future meeting.

  • New Website

  • The new website is ready to go online. Launch of website with appropriate payments was authorized.

  • Distribution of Amended Policies  

  • The approved Amended Governance Policies were emailed to members on January 29th.

  • Plan for Compliance with HOA Records Act, HB1237, is in work.  


New Business Items

  • Colorado Division of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Registration

    • HOA registration renewed on March 25, 2016.​

  • Firefighter’s & EMT Dinner

    • May 5th, 2016

    • Elk Creek Fire Department was contacted to confirm the date and will send a neighborhood email requesting food contributions.

  • Review of the Master Calendar

    • All current requirements are up to date and no further action needs to be taken

Next Meeting: June 14, 2016.
