The new website is ready to go online. Launch of website with appropriate payments was authorized.

Distribution of Amended Policies

The approved Amended Governance Policies were emailed to members on January 29th.

Plan for Compliance with HOA Records Act, HB1237, is in work.

Colorado Division of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Registration

HOA registration renewed on March 25, 2016.

Elk Creek Fire Department was contacted to confirm the date and will send a neighborhood email requesting food contributions.
