Topics addressed include:

Treasurer reports


  • New property owners on lot 10

  • Elk Creek Fire Dept Dinner is scheduled for April 3.

  • Lot #2 Design Review for garage addition


Open Items

  • Covenant Amendment and Design Standards status (Electronic dog fence amendment): sent letter to mortgage holders regarding amendment, placed local newspaper legal advertisement on 2/28 and 3/6.

  • DRHOA 8 Governance policies: Douglass Ranch lawyer to be retained to draft HOA policies in accordance with SB 2005-100 and 2006-089.

  • Shaffers Ranch Development: Jefferson County is reviewing Shaffers Ranch plans.

  • Town Hall meeting: fire mitigation and development activity were discussed.

  • Private Road assessment: Reserve Data Analysis, the authors of the DR Road Plan, to be consulted regarding the DR Road Plan.

  • DR Hospitality committee lead is needed.

  • Hite mailbox: Wait until mid-April for owner action.


New Business Items


  • Fire Mitigation Day: possible chipper and truck tobe rented for a June 1st fire mitigation day.

  • Directors and Officers insurance will be renewed.


Next Board Meeting: May 14, 2008
