  • Treasurers Report
Annual dues for six property owners are currently past due.
 
Continuing Business
 
  • Change of Front Entrance Colors: waiting for more information.
  • Shaffers Ranch Progress: Mr. Lewis’ condemnation petition in the Jefferson County District Court has been denied.
  • Phone Book Update: Tom and Kate Washburn to update the DR phone book.
  • Jeffco Road Maintenance: The county has been filling cracks and performing other ongoing maintenance on Douglas Ranch Drive.

  • Plan Elk Creek Dinner: Plans for the annual dinner are well under way.

  • Fire Mitigation Day: There was not much interest in this event last year.  Looking toward Jeffco slash collection events.

  • Conifer-Bailey Water: Board to monitor developments of this project.

  • Staunton State Park: Some Board members attended a recent public meeting on the park's preliminary master plan.  The park is to open in Fall 2009.

  • Miscellaneous Items

    • Association insurance: Board is requesting insurance information from previous DR Baord.

    • Old homeowner's plans: John Alme to seek old plans from Norm Dunn.

    • Board to determine who is the registered agent with the Secretary of State for DRPOA.

    • Road Plan update: awaiting more information.

    • Awaiting ECFD report on Firewise Community Evaluations.
