Annual dues for six property owners are currently past due.
Continuing Business

Change of Front Entrance Colors: waiting for more information.

Shaffers Ranch Progress: Mr. Lewis’ condemnation petition in the Jefferson County District Court has been denied.

Phone Book Update: Tom and Kate Washburn to update the DR phone book.

Jeffco Road Maintenance: The county has been filling cracks and performing other ongoing maintenance on Douglas Ranch Drive.

Plan Elk Creek Dinner: Plans for the annual dinner are well under way.

Fire Mitigation Day: There was not much interest in this event last year. Looking toward Jeffco slash collection events.

Conifer-Bailey Water: Board to monitor developments of this project.

Staunton State Park: Some Board members attended a recent public meeting on the park's preliminary master plan. The park is to open in Fall 2009.

Association insurance: Board is requesting insurance information from previous DR Baord.

Old homeowner's plans: John Alme to seek old plans from Norm Dunn.
