Treasurer’s Report

Reviewed Profit & Loss Statement and a Financial Status Overview.

On-line banking was suggested as away of getting a better interest rate.

Annual dues have been received from many property owners.
Continuing Business

No new emails received from Mr. Koth, Design Review Board

A Status Request email was sent to the Smiths, Lot 36. Response was that Mr. Smith had not yet approved a preliminary design. The Board will send a letter to the Smiths requesting a formal schedule.

Tom Washburn has accepted a temporary Board position as Secretary until the Annual Meeting.
New Business

Firewise Community - Board Appointment

Mr. Washburn agreed to be the Board liaison to a Firewise Committee.
Review of the Master Calendar

The annual Firefighters Dinner will be May 4, 2017. A neighborhood coordinator(s) is needed.
