2015 Budget approved.
New Business:

Road maintenance and repair: Drake Court, Baldwin Court areas identified to be repaired.

2014 tax reporting is be finalized.

Snowplow Contract: Contract calls for plowing snowfall between 2 and 4 inches. Snowplow has been coming for 1/2 inch of snow. Board seeks to keep to contract's language.

Fire Cistern Area at corner of Douglass Ranch Drive and Meadow Ridge has become a resting area for non-residents to stop and sit as if a public area. Board suggests monitoring the site.

Design Review Committee was formed.

Annual Meeting will be scheduled for October, 2015.

Smith’s lot was discussed briefly with respect to living in an RV.

DRHOA Website needs to be updated and addressed.

Newletter will not include advertisements.

State Farm Board Member liability insurance coverage to be reviewed.

Firemen’s dinner will be coordinated by Tricia.

DR Directory update to be completed soon by Tricia and Susan.
