Topics addressed include:

 

Treasurers Report
 

  • Dues status

  • CD to be used for road repair

  • 2015 Budget approved.


New Business:
 

  • Road maintenance and repair: Drake Court, Baldwin Court areas identified to be repaired.

  • 2014 tax reporting is be finalized.

  • Snowplow Contract: Contract calls for plowing snowfall between 2 and 4 inches. Snowplow has been coming for 1/2 inch of snow.  Board seeks to keep to contract's language.

  • Fire Cistern Area at corner of Douglass Ranch Drive and Meadow Ridge has become a resting area for non-residents to stop and sit as if a public area.  Board suggests monitoring the site.

  • Design Review Committee was formed.

  • Annual Meeting will be scheduled for October, 2015.

  • Smith’s lot was discussed briefly with respect to living in an RV.

  • DRHOA Website needs to be updated and addressed.

  • Newletter will not include advertisements.

  • State Farm  Board Member liability insurance coverage to be reviewed.

  • Firemen’s dinner will be coordinated by Tricia.

  • DR Directory update to be completed soon by Tricia and Susan.
