Topics addressed include:

Treasurer’s Report

  • Reviewed a corrected Financial Status Report.

  • New snow plow contract should state that plowing to be done when 2-4 inches of snow falls.

  • Reviewed and approved a Budget for 2016.

  • Invoices for 2016 HOA fees have been mailed.

  • Reviewed and approved an Expense Form to be used for reimbursement of expenses for DRPOA business.

Continuing Business

  • The POA is up to date on all Mandatory Reports and Registrations.

  • Collection of Minutes from Previous Board.

  • Design Review Board Proposal

  • Reviewed the questions and answers from the attorney meeting attended by Ms. Festag, Mr. Price and Mr. Williams.

  • Discussed removing the Supplemental Covenants and the Design Standards from the covenants. 

  • The membership to be surveyed to see what covenants are considered most important. Survey questions to be suggested in a February 26 meeting.

  • Roads & Grounds

  • A road Plan was presented which budgets $6000 for patching on a yearly basis. 

  • Jefferson County stated they are responsible for 25 feet out each direction from the center of Douglass Ranch Drive.

  • Website Update

  • The new website is almost complete. Necessary documents have been uploaded.  Minor updates remain.

  • Mission Statement 

  • No updates to the Mission Statement.  Will review at the next Board Meeting.

  • DRPOA Directory 

  • Directory updates have been mailed with the November Newsletter.


New Business Items

  • The Amended Responsible Governance Policies required by C.R.S. 38-33.3-209.5(1) Collection Policy and Procedure was approved.

  • The amended policy for Inspection and Copying of Association Records was approved.

  • Plan for Compliance with HOA Records Act-HB1237 to be reviewed

  • Review of the Master Calendar
