Shaffers Ranch Road subdivision status

 

Open Items
 

  • Covenant Amendment and Design Standards actions regarding Electronic dog fence amendment.  First mortgagees to be notified.  Notice of the covenant change to be published in two local newspapers.

  • DRHOA Governance policies: An attorney's guidance in drafting state mandated governance policies is recommended.  We need eight Responsible governance policies per recently enacted Colorado Senate Bill 2005-100.

  • Hite mailbox status: No formal response received to BOD letter.  Todd Williams stated willingness to change mailbox.

  • DRHOA Road Reserve Plan re-assessment: no progress.

  • Pond fence-rail repair: Dan Barth to be consulted regarding repair.

  • HOA Accounts: HOA's Checking and Money Market accounts to remain at at Wachovia.

  • Calendar: Newsletter to be published second week of March.  Firefighter dinner planning.
