  • Treasurers Report
 
Continuing Business

 

  • Conifer Main Street Loop Project: John Alme will monitor this project.

  • Change of Front Entrance Colors: More information will be requested.  Submittal of proposal to property owners to be part of going forward.

  • Newsletter: Four newsletters are planned for 2009.

  • Mailbox Compliance: Neighborhood is generally in compliance with mailbox requirements: no further action is planned.

  • Shaffers Ranch Progress: Monitoring of the project is planned.

  • Repaint Street Signs and Posts: Meadowridge Lane stop sign has been repainted.  Meadowridge Lane/Gordon Court snowplowing issues addressed.

 
New Business Items

 

  • Annual Meeting Minutes: to be reviewed via email.

  • Firewise Community Assessments: still awaiting Firewise Community Evaluations written report.

  • Douglass Ranch HOA Committees

    • Roads and Grounds: Tom Sosnowski appointed chair of the R&G committee.

    • Design Committee: John Alme appointed chair of the Design Committee.

    • Hospitality Committee: Tom Washburn to seek volunteer for Hospitality Committee chair.

  • Calendar: continuing to monitor upcoming events per the Board's calendar.
