Conifer Main Street Loop Project: John Alme will monitor this project.

Change of Front Entrance Colors: More information will be requested. Submittal of proposal to property owners to be part of going forward.

Newsletter: Four newsletters are planned for 2009.

Mailbox Compliance: Neighborhood is generally in compliance with mailbox requirements: no further action is planned.

Shaffers Ranch Progress: Monitoring of the project is planned.

Repaint Street Signs and Posts: Meadowridge Lane stop sign has been repainted. Meadowridge Lane/Gordon Court snowplowing issues addressed.
